It's almost over - TOM's raging.. I'm stressed beyond belief! Eating's going pretty good. i am on day 7... I love not feeling overly full! I don't get that sluggish feeling in the afternoon - or the sleepiness right after dinner. It's great!
I need to cut back on pop again - I was doing great - but when I'm stressed I fall easily back into old habits.. I'd rather the increase of Diet Coke rather than the smoking 1 1/2 packs a day! It's been almost 6 months since I quit!
I still can't seem to get my exercize routine down. I need to just pick the same time every night and do it - I know that. I need to be more self disciplined! I'm working on it.
