I happened across this site last week and I have been so impressed, everyone is so nice and encouraging! I am a "bad food" addict but I was always active so the weight didn't creep on until about 4 years ago when my job became more demanding and I am getting older and the pounds (30 of them) crept on. I started taking time for myself and eating healthier foods in January and I have lost 13 pounds
. I am looking to loose another 15 by spring break and a total of 40 by June. Sometimes it’s hard to make good decisions when chips and dip are staring you in the face but I am hoping to draw strength from this site and you guys. I am hoping to get to know all of you!
