I don't know if anyone is still on here from forever ago when I was a regular, but I'm back. Long story short: August 2005 190 pounds, was down in the low 140's by May 2006. From November 2006 to just recently I gained it all back. Needless to say I am very disappointed, angry and sad. It's all my fault obviously, I ate every pound plus stopped working out. I started back to whatever you want to call it, on Tuesday. I've already lost several pounds just because I had been eating SOOOOO bad.
Anyway, I know 3FC was there with me for more than a year and I know it'll help again. It's hard to come back because my old ticker was waiting for me as well as a picture from last holloween. I can't believe I still thought I was fat then, how dilusional. I'd kill to be back at even 155!!! I never thought I'd be in this place again!!!
Thanks again! I'm doing well so far! And I've almost made it through the weekend (the most dangerous time of the week). So glad to be back. It's so much easier when you have people to support you and who are dealing with or have dealt with the same thing!
I wasn't hear when you first started, but welcome back anyways. Since you had such great success the first time around it should be enough motivation to know that you can do it again....
