I'm hoping this will be a month of exercise related NSV's for me and this is a great way to start...
I managed to actually get my *** to the gym today
My boyfriend felt really ill and skipped the workout, but I still went on and worked out without him
I did a total of 45 mins on the cross trainer
30 minutes of which was done all in one go! For me that is the most I've ever done a single thing like that, I always wimp out instead of pushing myself and I am so glad I pushed myself today, next time I'm going to push for another 5 minutes at least. I felt like I could carry on with that cross trainer for another hour! So that's my main NSV, I managed to stay on the cross trainer for 30 minutes and the only reason I got off was because the programme I was doing finished and my bf was waiting outside. Go Me!
