im totally in. this month i really want to incorporate weight training. my goal is the normal 35 mins of cardio 5 times a week, and weights 3-4 times a week.
August 1: 35 mins elliptical. 540 cals. weights- back-abs-shoulders. 30 mins.
August 2: 35 mins elliptical, 537 cals. weights- arms-legs. 25 mins.
August 3: 35 mins elliptical, 521 cals. weights- shoulders, back, abs, 30 mins.
August 4: double at work
August 5: double at work
August 6: 35 mins elliptical, 528 cals. weights- arms-legs. 20 mins.
August 7: 35 mins elliptical, 522 cals. weights- abs-back. 20 mins.
August 8: 35 mins elliptical, 525 cals. weights- arms-legs. 15 mins.
August 9: 35 mins elliptical, 530 cals. weights-back-abs, 20 mins.
August 10: first roller derby practice in a long time! 2 hours. i dont know what i burned, but i sure was sore. awesome. thats going to be 2x a week in conjunction with my elliptical.
but no elliptical today.

August 15: 35 mins elliptical, 543 cals. weights; back-abs, 25 mins. Roller derby, 1 1/2 hours or so.
August 16: ive decided that on derby days, im going to do 40 minutes of yoga and pilates to keep me limber. 43 minutes yoga/pilates, 2 hours derby.
August 17: double at work. ive also decided to mix up my workouts so my body doesnt get so used to it.
August 18: 43 minutes yoga/pilates.
August 19: 43 mins. yoga/pilates
August 20: 43 mins yoga/pilates. i started school today, too.
August 21: 30 mins walking. derby got canceled.
August 22: 43 mins yoga/pilates.
August 23: 20 minutes yoga. 30 minutes walking.
August 24: double at work.
August 25: 45 minutes pilates.
August 26: double at work
August 27: 45 minutes pilates.
August 28: roller derby, 2 hours.
August 29: 45 minutes pilates, 2 hours roller derby.
August 30: 30 minutes walking. no derby tonight. i ache.
August 31: 20mins yoga/pilates.
