Hubby and I grill...A LOT! Pork Chops, steaks, etc. If we're having meat, it goes on the grill. If we don't have charcoal, we broil it. We have brocolli almost every night (steamed). At this point we differ...he likes buttery, salted noodles (I wish), so I'll have extra brocolli or a small baked potato with Butter Buds.

We also do what we like to call Meal in a Box (Homestyle Bakes or Cambell's Supper Bakes) sometimes. They're not as healthy, but one serving fills me up and allows for him to eat as much as he wants.

Maybe invest in a crock pot/ slow cooker? I got one and I loooove it. Toss in some meat and veggies, and you have meals for several days.

I have difficulty with not knowing what options are out there. I do some of the frozen dinners as well. When I do cook, the meals seem to involve either chicken breasts or ground turkey... So I really appreciate reading what everyone had to say.
