i dont understand everyones suprising and dismay at his statement. ive lost 96 lbs without any regular exercise in about the same amount of time. so many studies have shown that, while exercise is very benefitial, it is not crucial to losing weight. it has been shown that exercisers to make better maintainers, but really... exercise is kind of optional if your only goal is weight loss.
but you guys must also have amazing self control on food and calororic intake?
