It's a great low-cal snack, and so yummy! Mmm.. maybe I need to go get some. I am spoiled by seedless watermelon, though.. lol.

I like to freeze the watermelon cubes first, it makes a great smoothie like drink for summer. And it's delicious!

I like frozen watermelon cubes too! It's a great way to keep from wasteing a whole watermelon if you're the only one that eats it. You just cut up a watermelon and then put the portions that you want in a ziplock bag...then you can either eat it frozen or let it thaw in the fridge.

Another great frozen fruit treat is frozen grapes. Yum!!
