hey everyone! hope everyone's week is going well, keep working hard
i just have a question about losing weight, and gaining muscle. ok, i'm at 119 now and i used to be 123 lbs. i definitely feel fitter, and my clothes are looser. actually, i tried on my size 6 skirt today, and it felt loose! i had to keep fixing it the whole day.
but i was just wondering, and i hope i'm wording this right..
if i keep eating healthily, doing my daily cardio routine, and training with weights (when i was in spain, i didn't workout for 5 months)..does that mean i'll keep building muscle, stay at 119 lbs, just be full of muscle, and not lose any more weight? i know the number on the scale is just a number, but i'd really like to get down to 110-115 lbs...i don't want to be 119 lbs. i hope that made sense. thanks!
