Default I've been a very, very bad girl.. :-)

Lets see.. 3 days of beer, wedding/ball game food and just general glutteny-- back on the wagon today, but I feel awful.

Any tips for some Monday Morning clensing?

Hey don't feel bad. I had a total bingefest week because my dad came home from Thailand and he was ready for some good old home style food LOL. I feel terrible! But I only gained a pound so hopefully we can start clean today!! Lots of water, light meals..Wooohoooo.

Yes, I had a bad weekend too ... I get so mad at myself when this happens. Gained 2 pounds. But we're going to get back on the wagon and that is the only damage that is going to be done!

Sometimes leaping off the wagon is totally worth it (so long as you get right back on, of course)!

The thing I noticed about overeating/overdrinking is that while it's great at the time, the next day you feel absolutely gross. I don't know any tips for cleansing, other than just waiting it out!

Ugh. I know what you mean!! I did that last weekend. I just drink tons and tons of water the next day, and eat salad.

Don't feel bad, I over ate sunday and yesterday! All we can do is just get our little butts back on that wagon and start over again lol.

IM going to try to go walking alot more this week..I love to go walking around the park!

LOL So how did everyone's Monday go? I did great all day, but I had a late night snack that pushed me over my goal calories. Man it's hard to get back on the wagon after splurging a few days in a row! I just have to remember how gross I felt those days when I was eating bad food. It really is crazy how our bodies change! I just felt so bloated and gross, ickkkkkk.

Yesterday went ok-- but same as you, Sock-- I had a little treat left from the weekend in the fridge that turned into a late night snack-- and then i went over my rdi. OOPS- doing much better today, though !!
