Default Six Week Hump

Am I the only one who's suffered a six week hump? All I want to do is eat **** and not go to the gym. Today was aboustle TORTURE. Every time I walked past the chip machine I wanted some (didn't fall in) I made myself do 40 min at the gym (and have now picked up a bicep injury, GREAT. That wasn't from this week, more an agrivation of last week) What's happening to me?

My week was like that, too-- I went over my cals 4 days and had no loss. :-( How disapointing. It's just a matter of getting back on the wagon !!

What about changing your plan a bit? You're so close, though!

Just remember that you can do it and get to your goal. You are so close! If you do have something that isn't the best choice, forgive yourself, but be concious of those choices. You can keep going and get to that goal.
