I heard when you get stressed out all the fat goes to your stomach...if this is the case, im never going to loose my belly. I get stressed out often b/c of my son who never listens and just in those terrible twos *sigh*.

It has something to do with cortisol, which is a stress hormone. I couldn't find much about weight gain in the general cortisol article on wikipedia, but the article on Cushing's syndrome, which is a severe case of high cortisol levels, talks about it a bit:

Found a little more info in the glucocorticoid article (glucocorticoids are the class of hormones that cortisol is a part of); scroll down to the side effects part.
