Looking for some support- I'm new around here
Hello,
I am joining based on a reccomendation from my sister ("-inlaw") and a true need to change myself. I am not quite 20 but w/e I hope I can still be accepted in this group. I need to lose about 90 pounds, but it is so much easier just to not do anything about it (except complain).
Anyway you will probably see a lot of rambling messages on here from me- if you have the time I would appreciate any response you think of. I just need some support and motivation.

Glad you're joining us! What kind of plan are you doing? I think if you check in here at least once a day, you'll stay pretty motivated. There are lots of people who have lost tons of weight. Very inspirational!
well i guess the first advice for starting off is remember to be PATIENT
it's going to take a while... longer than you think, cause there will be times when you fall off your plan but as long as you keep getting back on, you will get there. Just be patient and don't give up... that's why this community is great. i love to go through and read all the random posts for motivation

Welcome!!! I'm Sheena. I am new here too, just joined Sunday, and I already have gotten a TREMENDOUS amount of support from everyone on here. Just remember that you can do it, it's not going to be easy, but the end result is going to be worth it! I recommend whenever you get to feeling low, check the boards, come on here and rant if you need to. Just being able to express my feelings really helped me.

Welcome! You will find lots of support here, i was always a yo-yo dieter until I found this place. Everytime I'm feeling low or unmotivated I get on the boards. It is a great place to keep you motivated and upbeat! I hope you find as much motivation as I have
