Planning Friday March 23
Yesterday went ok. I made the mistake of going into the bakery next to the Mexican restaurant. I bought a big chocolate chip cookie, but only ate half. I also bought a Mexican sweet roll however I didnít eat it. It is on my plan today. I looked it up on fitday and it is not as bad as I thought it would be. Old me would have had multiple cookies and a variety of other goodies that they had there but new me says no.

S: Green pepper strips
L: Cappuccino (made at home with skim milk); Mexican sweet roll
D: Salsa Chicken (Black beans, corn, salsa, chicken thigh)
WO: walking to school .6 miles; C25K D3/W4
Water: 3-4 liters
