S: Smoothie - 1/4 C strawberries, 1/4 of a banana, 1/4 C raspberries, 1/4 C blueberries, 1/4 C nf milk, 1/4 C nf frozen yogurt (139 cal)

These are a couple new recipes I tried out and they were really good. The smoothie especially was really filling. I got the Juan Carlos-Cruz cookbook and I can't wait to try out a new recipe next week!!
