First thing in the morning--I'm not a morning person at all, but in the afternoons after work, I just want to relax, so if I don't do it first thing, I won't do it at all. I get up at 4:15am to get my exercise and shower in before Jeff gets up since we only have 1 bathroom.
Used to be a morning person, but as of late I can barely roll out of bed with enough time to brush my teeth & get ready for work so I switched to evenings (exercise is a great de-stressor too for all the hectic things that come my way during the day.)
First thing in the morning, after opening my eyes and drinking 1/2 cup of water. There's less time to come up with excuses first thing in the morning, and I've gotten to the point where I just get up without thinking about it. Now I just need to get up earlier, so I can get in longer workouts!
Since my workout consists mostly of walking, I do it throughout the day. Sometimes I walk a mile in the morning and a mile or two more throughout the day. I'm trying to slowly work up to walking ten miles a day. Right now my comfort level is three miles.
I usually work out between 3PM-5PM...But this is because of our work schedules up all night and then sleep ...so exercising that early is exercising at the beginning of my day...
Three days a week I go to the gym right after work, usually around 330. Then two days a week I'll go a little later in the evenings around 730 or I'll do some excersizes at home.
I was a hardcore morning exercise-fanatic for awhile, but I had a major burn-out and fell off the wagon... right now, I'm trying to ease back into things, so I'm working out whenever it works out best for me. This has ended up being in the evening lately, but I'm going to try to get up at least once a week for an early spinning class.
I walk on my treadmill everyday between 6pm and 7pm while I watch CSI Miami and I just got Turbo Jam and ordered Hip Hop Abs so I am going to work both of those in after my walk.

I mostly take classes, so it varies. I always lift/swim afterwards as well. It's usually Sat/Sun/Mon mornings Weds/Thurs. If I go on Tuesday (every other week) or Friday (once or twice a month) it's in the evenings but I usually take those days off.
i work out in the evenings immediately after work. it is a good de-stresser. for me, it clearly seperates the workday from my home life, so i am able to put work away till the next day. I like that!
