So the up parts and the down parts of my week:
Success! = I passed on a (get this) mandatory italian buffet at an event last night. My best friend and boyfriend and I got a table instead. And I only ate about 1/ 4 of what I was brought. And then I split a peice of chocolate cake. However: I did not have alcohol, or an appetizer, or the bread, and I split the cake.
Not so very successful: Girls night out (happens once/month it was last Tuesday): 2 martini's later I ate an ahi tuna appetizer, two peices of bread, a main course with some white rice (AHHHHH) and about four spoonfuls of a chocolate dessert.
Today I've stayed on track, but my tummy feels positively bloated, constipated and icky. I know it's from all the sugar, but I hate it still.
I'm going dancing tonight. Luckily I'm super good at drinking only water at this place. I'm a regular and they have it ready for me - Im' going to shake my booty tonight and try to burn a few extra calories!
It's the social stuff that kills me. At home I'm an absolute angel because I only buy things that are healthy for me!
I think I'm going back to charting all my calories though, just to get a better overview in general.
