And 200 of them need to be strength/weight/flexibility minutes (only did cardio in Feb)

Still working on my running... I've got a physical agility test on March 31st to train for! Yipes! Goal is 2 miles in 19 minutes by the end of the month!
.. I'm not exactly sure what happened, all I know is that any motivation I had has slipped away... I've run ONCE this month....
Time to get back in gear, think good cardio endurance thoughts for me!

My goal for March is to do 1000 minutes of exercise. I will be working out 3 times a week, maybe more if I feel up to it. This will be my first full month of having an exercise routine. For every day that I work out I will put the minutes down and I will get one of these cute guys
Since I am still technically injured, I have to be creative this month. I am not setting a minute goal .. I saw that Britomart had that wunnerful idea (thanx ) . So I will borrow it
To keep with my 40 days and nights challenge I am going to do some form of exercise each day. I am also going to track my other Lent goals here.

My goals are to stick with my walking/jogging program, start practicing yoga & pilates again, and do weights at least three times a week. 1400 minutes is my goal.
