No Valentine's treats for me Thank GOD I don't have to go to work tomorrow, because I KNOW I'd be surrounded by chocolate and sugar and lots of little kids with sticky hands. (Of course, they might get a snow day tomorrow if the weather turns bad, in which case, they'll postpone Valentine's day until the next day.... When I DO go to work... Everyone hope that doesn't happen, for my sake!)

B: steel-cut oats w/raisins and soy milk (3)
L: black bean and chicken soup, 1c grapes, carrots w/hummus (6)
S: apricots and almonds (3)
D: burrito... ff refried beans, tomato, lf cheese, ff yogurt (tastes like sour cream to me), shredded lettuce, whole wheat wrap (8)
S: 80% dark chocolate square (1)

Total: 21
3 pts worth of wiggle room

I realized yesterday that I planned two cheese based meal so I had beef vegetable soup instead of a grilled cheese at lunch. Otherwise I was on plan.

B: SF Oatmeal
L: Grilled cheese, clemintains
D: Again something with my sister so probable out. Neither of us have plans for V-day so we’re hanging out. Probable Chinese – I’ll get cashew chicken (I ask for light oil) and white rice (much better then the fried rice I use to eat).
S: Depends on if I’m hungry but I’ll probable have something light like some fruit or veggies.

WO: C25K Day 2/Week 3

Water: 3 Liters

Gonna try this for the first time. Kind of a weird time to start planning ahead because tomorrow is V-Day..

Melody I have breakfast and lunch planned already..may not be all the healthy..but...anywho..give me some advice if you want. I went over about 80 something calories but...it's V-Day..I want to share a glass of wine with my baby. heh.

B - 3 Nutri-grain pancakes w/ egg & a piece of turkey bacon & Healthy 4floz OJ.
MS - Skipped...was still full from breakfast.
L - Chocolate protein shake. 1 cup Silk Soy Milk & 3 scoops of Protein Powder.
AS - Pure Protein Bar
D - 4oz Steak w/ 1 tbsp ketchup, Potato w/ a tbsp of Mediterranean Blend Butter. And 1 cup Broccoli. 1 glass of sangria.
NS - 1cup strawberries, maybe. heh.

H20 - 100floz.
W/O- 20 min cardio, 20 min fat burn, 20 weight training. (Gonna take it light this time. heh.)

Oh..just went over my planning on fitday..and I knocked out my AS. That puts me under my 1,600 calories..so I can enjoy that glass of wine without feeling bad about it..and I can have my strawberries later. yay.
