My day started off well....
B: egg whites and milk
Sn: orange, 6 almonds
Then came all of the Chrsitmas candy!
Now I feel:
WO so far: 30 minutes hi-low cardio, 15 minutes abs
Rest of day planning:
D: 4 oz sirloin steak and 2 c broccoli
Sn: (if needed) lf string cheese
WO: 30 minutes elliptical
