Hi guys..It's is shocking that we are already in week 6. Time has flown.. I hope everyone enjoy your holiday.. Remember if your going to eat barbque, ribs, desserts, etc. practice Portion Control ladies.. Eating in Moderation is the key.. To help you feel fuller drink water before you eat, while your eating & after eating This will help a lot..

Yay! *cough* Anyway, I did yoga on Sunday, and I still feel sore today. I haven't done much in the form of cardio since then. I've been doing 20 lunges everyday that have been killing my legs. I want to improve my overall strength, so I plan on doing different bodyweight exercises every week to do that. Last week I was doing squats, next week maybe I'll do planks or push ups.

KamsMoMa - Great job on the exercise!

I hope everyone is doing well!

Hey guys! Sorry I havent been around. The Internet at the new place is gettin turned on tomorrow so I'll be back consistently and not having to deal with my bad phone Internet. It's been crazy with working plus the move. Our stove was out of commission until today too so we've had to eat out practically every meal. Working on losing the lb I gained! At least ive been working out a ton with the move and unpacking. Plus I keep changing where I want the furniture. And ive already rearranged the kitchen twice and I'm not even fully unpacked - lol.

Hey ladies! Quick check in... finally got to the gym last night for a bit, it had been almost a week since I was there last but trying to figure out a routine that works with my schedule now has been hard. Overall exhausted from the school year starting but ready to kick it in gear!

Meilz - I bet you'll easily lose that pound with all the heavy lifting of moving! Good luck!
Mega - I like that idea of targeting a different area or different move each week!
Kams - Whew! Keep kicking butt!

Hey guys!! How is my team doing?

My internet is turned back on! YAYE. So, I am doing fantastic. Lost half the weight I gained and am working on losing the rest.

We might be gaining a few members from the other team since our numbers have gone down drastically. I will update you all when I find out more - sms and I are talking over what to do. So, look forward to some new faces soon!

Let's get physical - with this weeks challenge! I know I've definitely done at least 20 minutes a day with unpacking / moving. Have you?

Hope everyone is having a fantastic week! If you have any ideas on how to motivate and keep connected, please let me know. I'm going to try to be a more vigilant presence now that I have my internet back.

Hey ladies.. I'm still here and very focused on melting this fat off of me.. I did Turbo Fire HIIT 15 today.. I will be moving up to Turbo Fire HIIT 20 next week.

Kams, great job on keeping up with the workouts. You're doing amazing.

Mhill, you'll be all settled in before you know it. Try not to get too overwhelmed with all the change. We're here for ya if you need to vent.

Guess what everyone! I had weighed myself on Monday and had gained some from where I was last week. However, I have lost that lb plus some!!

Last Thursday before the move: 252.6
Monday: 253.4
Today: 251.2 YAYE

I'm super excited. Hope everyone else has great weigh-in's this weekend. I'm going out to eat tonight but have already planned my day accordingly and am getting the grilled chicken salad, lite on the croutons and cheese. Dressing on the side. I might snitch a few french fries from my husband, but I usually only eat 5-8 and he eats the rest, so it has been working for us.

I'm so glad it's Friday and things are getting back to normal.

Hey ladies.. I'm just getting in from riding my motorcycle.. Me and my husband went on a quick little ride We really enjoyed ourselves. The weather is very nice here in Memphis.. How are you ladies doing?
