Boo. Rules are rules, but I feel dumb! Question though- when I post my loss on Sunday do I post the total lost since my SW?

Happy for week 2! We are starting week 4 of C25K tonight, so I'm very excited, and a little teensy bit nervous. I'm ready to rock it though. In the meantime, homegirl has a makeover to attend! I'll post pics later, assuming it all turns out well.

Welp, another week is here and I'm not starting off too well. Laziness is trying to creep up on me. I have a yoga class this afternoon but I'm just don't feel like it today.

pacsun Report the number you weigh that week. At the end of the challenge the total lost is so we can go through and look at overall numbers On the final week You will list your total lost and When the overall winner is announced I will list the total percentage lost for each person

Hey everyone! Excited for week 2. I was really motivated this morning after seeing that I actually lost a lb after my anniversary celebration and eating out 4 times. Not sure how I managed that, I'm assuming the "exercise" over the weekend helped.

Today: had 1780 calories for the day, drank 3 bottles of water, and walked at work + packed when I got home (moving in 3 weeks!)

@mega- Girl Turbo Fire is kicking my a**!!!! I went through the entire video but had plenty of breaks lol at least I didn't give up.. I hoping to a better week with TF. I can't wait until I can do it and give it my all.. I'm only using the TF HIIT dvds. They are serious. I'm on the 15 min one as of now..

Thanks so much SMS for taking your time out to post our stats..

Check-in:: Just finished a nice 30 min workout on treadmill. using intervals of 3.5 & 6.5 mph. Once my hubby get home from work I will go on my 45 min, 2 mile walk..

Come on ladies let's kick butt this week.. Day 2 down already

I will be either bringing my scale with me to Nevada or using a freebie! ha ha. I'm leaving today for about a week to visit with family. Going to try EXTRA hard to stay totally OP and lose weight. Need to focus on drinking enough water because it's hot there!
