Week 4 Challenge
***Not required to be part of the TBL Challenge*** ***Challenge for BOTH teams*** ✬✬✬You can include any workouts starting Monday, January 24 to Sunday, January 30✬✬✬ Beginners Challenge~ 35 Min. Cardio, 3 days/week Intermediate Challenge~ 50 Min. Cardio, 5 days/week Try Something New Challenge~ Wall Sits!!! Try at least 3 sets of 60 min. wall sits. If the first one is too easy, grab a jug of water or something heavy you can hold either against your chest or straight out. See if you can increase to 3 sets of 3 minutes... Walkers/Joggers/Runners Challenge~ Add sprints, whether that means a full out run, faster jog, or speed walking, try adding some more speed to your daily routine! |
