Beginners Challenge~ 35 Min. Cardio, 4 days/week
Intermediate Challenge~ 50 Min. Cardio, 5 days/week
Try Something New Challenge~ JUMP! If you have a trampoline, spend at least 3-5 minutes bouncing on it (great for commercial breaks if you're a TV hound). No trampoline, just jump (3-5 minutes)!
Walkers/Joggers/Runners Challenge~ Add sprints, whether that means a full out run, faster jog, or speed walking, try adding some more speed to your daily routine!
