Default Week 7 Try Something New Challenge

Try something new challenge: try boxing! If you have a punching bag, try punching it for 3-5 mins or more. No punching bag? just punch in the air, really forcefully.

For the intermediate level- try doing intervals of boxing, kicks, and jump rope.
