1.) November 15th - an hour of jogging-in-place-with-a-jump-rope (I blame this strange activity on the icy, stormy weather outside)
2.) November 16th - an hour of the above (with some straight up jump roping and wacky dance moves thrown in whenever the going got monotonous)
3.) November 18th - 50 minutes of the above
4.) November 21st - an hour of the above
oops! Had to switch to the beginner's challenge. Shouldn't have skipped working out on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday!
