Default Week 1 Challenge

Challenge is for BOTH teams

***Not required to be part of the TBL Challenge***

***You can include any workouts starting Wednesday, October 20 to Sunday, October 31***

Beginners Challenge~ 35 Min. Cardio, 4 days/week

Intermediate Challenge
~ 50 Min. Cardio, 5 days/week

Just for FUN Challenge~ Jump Rope!!! Jump for a minimum of 60 seconds, for 5 sets (5 minutes total). Challenge yourself to go as quickly as you can!

Try Something New Challenge~ Try a new cardio exercise! Any new classes at your local gym? Try one!

Walkers/Joggers/Runners Challenge
~ Take your workout to a Cross Country/Park trail. If there are no trails nearby, try running your workout on the grass, rather then on the road/treadmill. Already walk/run on trails? Try a road walk/run!

Day 1~ 25min zumba express 40mins walking/running with dogs (20/10/10)
Day 2~ 20mins bike 33min walking /running with dogs 1hr zumba (21/10/10)
Day 3~ 30mins run/jog int 20mins bike (23/10/10)
Day 4~ 30min run/jog 10min bike 24/10/10
Day 5~ 30min jog 2hrs gardening (digging)

im in. only thing is i always miss the post for the week after ..ooops

Day 1: (10/20) 1 hour of bootcamp including strength training and intense cardio
Day 2: (10/21)50 minutes of bootcamp; suicide runs, army drills, core workout
Day 3: (10/22) 1 Hour of bootcamp
Day 4: (10/23) Nothing
Day 5: (10/24) Nothing

try something new challenge:
cathe friedrich HiiT 30/30 (you can find clips on u tube)
instead of using a timer or the actual video. i used a list of exercises she does, and 90's dance mix on u tube.music is already in intervals. i modified some of it: jumping rope instead of high jump moves, and didn't use any equipment.
glad i finally tried it. i've been thinking about it for months. you can also use a free online timer on speedbag forum/timer.

Day 1~ 35 minutes on eliptical, 17 minutes on treadmill=52 minutes total (10/20/10)
Day 2~45 minutes on eliptical and treadmill running tradeoff.
Day 3~Studied all evening for midterms
Day 4~ Hiked with best buddy for 3 hours!!!

1) Didn't get a chance to hit the beach for a run today The weather is getting NASTY.

All in all, not too bad. I'll have to push a little harder next week.

I failed at trying the jump rope, or something new this week.

But I did attend spinning 7 times from 10/20 to 10/31!
