Day 4~ 9/11~ 65 Min. Stationary bike
Day 5~ 9/12~ 45 Min. Walk (2.4 Miles)
Tried something new today. Did a Yoga class after my Zumba class.
Sunday - 30 min elliptical
Monday -30 min walk, 30 min elliptical
Tuesday - 30 min walk, 15 min elliptical
Wednesday - 30 min elliptical
Thursday - 30 min walking, Zumba, Yoga
Friday - 30 min walking, 30 min elliptical
