Weekly Weigh In: January 14-20
Good Morning! Can't believe I'm the first one up today....
I'm down 1.6 this week. Not bad for the 2nd week. Plus I feel good that I have not overeaten this week

Dana-hi sweetie! Hey, it's great to stay the same after a weekend of less than healthy eating!
Jellybelly-wow, the 130s! I haven't seen that since high school...too many years ago. Congratulations!!! You are amazing!
Take care,
Sherry

I've decided to start all over after indulging big time during my California vacation. And weigh-in on Mondays, hopefully keeping me from going crazy on the weekends.
So as of today, I weigh 249 lbs.
And congrats to the losers and maintainers!

Great job everybody!!
I'm having a hard time deciding what my official weigh in day is going to be this time around! I used to weigh in every Thursday. The reason for that was because it's my favourite TV night... Survivor, Grey's, then ER. Not now because of the strike, of course.
Last time, I allowed myself chips every Thursday night. This time, I'm trying to avoid that..unless it's a small bag that fits into my calorie budget.
Any suggestions for a good weigh in day for me?
Linda

Linda - thats a good question! I also used to do Thursdays, but switched to Monday/Tuesdays because of when I started this new eating plan. I also switch between the two days because of work - I need about 30 minutes after I wake up to get an accurate reading.
I am down 3 pounds! I am extremely happy with this
Congrats everyone! Losing, gaining, staying the same.. I really just think its impressive to keep accountable no matter what

Linda, I chose Monday. It helps to keep me stronger during the more difficult (at least for me) weekend. I didn't want to mess up an entire weeks worth of good eating just because it was the weekend, knowing that I would have to be that much more accountable come Monday morning.
And forget those chips come Thursday night. How about some roasted string beans? A sliced apple with cinnamon? Fat free/sugar free ices? Some sugar free jello with berries? 25 frozen grapes? There are lots of better choices. Foods that will keep you much more satisfied then those chips. Really, once you get used to doing without them - you won't miss them.

Hey all,
Trying to make myself accountable, I am actually down 2 lb, which is surprising to me since I was not good over the weekend. I have to figure out how to combat my stress, since eating obviously has not done it. But, yay! I am down 2 lbs!
