Slimdowns = slimfast low carb shakes OR high protein shakes (closest in carbs/proteins)
LA Lite Bars - Lunas, Prio Completes, Kashi Go Lean bars or Chocolate PB Bliss Bar
TakeOff Juice = Knudsen's Morning blend juice, 48 hour juice, Celebrity 48 hr Juice (or use 4 cups of cantaloupe OR 4 oranges in place of juice)
LAWL Cereal Bar (=1S, 1F) – 130 cals; 3g fat; 95 mg sodium; 25g carbs, 2g fiber; 13g sugar; 1g protein - Nutrigrain bars are pretty close. They go between 140 calories and 3g fat, 26g carbs, 13g sugar, 1g protein, 120g sodium
In regards to V-8, you can incorporate 4 oz. of V-8 Fusion as 1 fruit exchange. Limit the use of this product no more than one time per week, as it is not typically part of our plan. You can use Diet V-8 Splash, up to 24 oz. daily, as a diet beverage. We do not recommend the V-8 Splash or Smoothies as they are not 100% fruit and due to their nutritional value
