Hi all!

Are there any cool diet products you use to help you on your journey?
I came across this water bottle... it tells you how much you drank for the day.

Hey Linda! - I'm still around.. just not as much as I used to be. How are things for you? .. hey.. I just noticed we are the same height.. and about the same weight.. cool... (btw, I'm a Canuck too!)
