I don't know if I'm being overly sensitive, but I was really turned off with the cameras 2 inches away from a huge fat person SHOVELLING food into their mouth...i know they ate it that way but it was gross...

and what's with everyone CRYING every 5 minutes?? OMG it's telling the world all fat people eat that way and CRY because they have no control over their emotions and wear them on their sleeve

UGH it turned me right off tonight!!

I watched this tonight, and I could not believe the amount of crying people. I understand it's a tough thing to be away from your family and to be fighting essentially for you life, but MAN UP a little people, you don't have to cry at EVERYTHING. It's only week 2 for goodness sake.

If this keeps up, I'm totally turning biggest loser into a drinking game. Every time someone cries, bottoms up!

How is this thread spoiler-free when it's revealing what just happened tonight? I haven't watched it yet. I'll be back once I have!

I guess I don't consider these spoilers, since the crying and disgusting eating shots have been happening EVERY week in the last three seasons.

The contestants have learned that they get more screen time, the more they cry, and the more extreme their comments. For example, what Bette said that she eats every day (I won't reveal it) how can anyone of any size eat that every day? I don't believe it. Considering, even the cheapest would be about $3 - that would mean more than a $1000 and $566,000 calories (165 lbs) per year habit. Don't buy it for a minute.

I watched a bit last night, and yes it was disturbing to see the guys shovelling the food into their mouth. They sure caught heck the next day!!

BTW, I fell asleep, did Matt lose any weight?

could someone spoil it for me please....I was trying to watch it at the gym while i was willing myself through some cardio and it was so wonderfully interrupted by the NH Primaries....the entire middle section of the show was cut in by a Mitt Romney speech....who I happen to think is a huge weiner (I'm from MA...I lived with him as a flip flopping absentee governor while my city fell apart...no offense to anyone who favors him, I totally respect other people's opinions)
Anyway...I'm into politics, I rock the vote, but I also only watch one show and now I'm cranky that I missed it. Politicians aren't very motivational on the elliptical!

I'm way to busy to have a chance to see it again before it's all done and it's a season marathon on Bravo sometime next year so it would be great if someone could fill me in on what i missed....I don't want to ruin it for anyone else so send it in a PM if necessary.

I have never seen so many men crying. Now I don't have anything against guys crying but I did find myself counting. lol I think I said something to my partner like "they need to suck it up it's only been two weeks!" Who knows, I might be crying every five minutes if I was away from home for two weeks....crying for joy

The eating shots were disgusting, the way it was shoveled in there...BUT i have to say I was thinking "That's how I look when I binge. How gross. I never want to be that way again." So it did something for me, I saw myself there and was completely disgusted.
