Default Baked chicken breasts

I want to make some simple, baked BONELESS chicken breasts. Just rub spices on them. Can someone tell me a temp and cooking time for these to be done but not dry?

350 F is a good temperature. The time is going to depend on how thick the chicken breasts are. I would start checking after about 15 minutes.

Thumbs up I always thought I could not do it.

Well it has been a month and I am down 19 lbs. I've since joined the gym and feeling really good about myself. Although I've had some support from my friend amanda, she has motiated me so much.

I stick chicken breasts between saran wrap (or a freezer bag) and pound them to about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness and roll them up. I put them in a casserole dish with spices and some broth and cover with aluminum and bake for an hour at 350. (I usually cook a bunch at a time - like 6).

Okay here is what I did. I had rather thick chicken breasts and I rubbed them with spices, put them on a cookie sheet and covered with foil. Baked at 350 for 15 min, then had to raise the oven to 450 for french fries and baked 20 more minutes. It was tender and perfect and moist!
