How long have you been on WW/Flex: Just started on 1/2/08
How much weight do you hope to lose: about 40 lbs
What do you do for exercise: Treadmill program and recumbent bike 4 days per week. Teach line dancing for 3 hours every Thursday night.
What foods help you stay OP: Not quite sure yet.
Why do you think you'll be successful this time: I wish I could say that I feel confident, but my thought processes at this point are day-by-day.
What is the biggest obstacle between you and success: The hand-to-mouth movement of my arm
How will/did you overcome this obstacle: Self-talk
What do you like to do for fun: Horseback riding, dancing and scrapbooking
What type of music do you like best? Country and 80's retro
If you were on a deserted island for a month, by yourself, what 3 (only 3) items (not people) would you want with you? My horse, Apache, My dogs and my computer.
Other comments I just really hope I can do this and stick to it!
