Is there such thing? My husband is joining me in my second attempt at the plan...sadly I had fallen off the wagon. He is Diabetic though, so we want to know if there are supp's he should/shouldn't take? Also, any info on the "man plan" would be awesome! I am reluctant to re-join a LAWL center with all of the closings going on...I'm not about to sign a contract and lose my money!! I have my info from my initial sign up and and a fancy new BowFlex tread climber and with my husband and I joining forces I can't wait to get back on my path to better health.
