Do any of you take suppliments? And does anyone have an idea why my ticker says (1)151???

On supplements: I take a multivitamin, calcium, glucosamine, and MSM every day, the latter two for joint strength & repair. Or at least, I try to remember to take them. Some days I'm better at remembering than others.

I also have a whey protein shake for breakfast 2-3 times per week. There's nothing magical about whey: it's just a way (whey?) to get 19 g. of protein without many calories (90-100 per serving, depending on the flavor).

Sorry, I can't help on the ticker question!

Try using a 3FC ticker and it might work better

I take a multivitamin, extra vitamin C, extra potassium, glucosamine, l-glutamine, calcium, and a fish oil cap daily.

Looks like a weird cut-and-paste issue to me -- notice that part of a "2" is also visible, and in a different color, where it shows your BMI...

Your starting weight is the number partially showing in black (the 1) and your current weight is on top of it in blue. Once you lose more weight it will not overlap anymore. The same for your BMI numbers. See my ticker also. I have it set to small mode so it's even worse. I'll probably have to lose 20 pounds before it doesn't overlap.

I try to take a multi-vit every day.

Default How's this..

OK, I think I'm on the right track as far as suppliments go, and I can never remember to them either I NEED that ticker b/c it gives me a challange, I want/have to see it go DOWN!

You guys want to hear something that really stinks??? I use to work as a Nautilus Trainer for a physical therapist, and up to 2 years ago I taught a body sculpting class. The gym I worked for got sold (the new owner was a jerk so I quit), I haven't lifted anything for 2 years! I used to wear 4's loosely and had the girls in my class asking me how to a body like mine. Now 2 years later, I'm 152 in 6's that I can't breath in and I look sloppy AND crabby. I WANT MY TONED 'ARMS" AND BODY BACK.

Until I found this place, I thought I'm never look like that again, but you guys have me SO motivated!

THANK YOU for being here!
