I put this together tonight to inspire myself to get up and MOVE more. Ive been slacking the last month or so.

The reason my head is missing-- I was making a crazy face and then I took DS face out because it would have been wierd to leave his after taking mine out. lol. But yeah, as sick to my stomach as it makes me, that was me. NOT EVEN AT MY HIGHEST! I had lost about 12/13 lbs in that first pic. I dont even know if I have a pic ANYWHERE of me at my highest.

Im down 65 lbs now. I still have at least 40 lbs to lose, then I will think about where I want to go from there.

Mango- Thank you

Zoe- Thank you. No specific plan. Just working out every day and counting calories. Wheat bread instead of white, no junk food (been slacking on that a little, gotta get back on track), nothing fried, more water, fruits, veggies. You can find the day to day ups and downs, food, weights, etc on my blog. Im not perfect, lol, its definately been a journey.

Congratulations on losing 65lbs that is a great achievement to be very proud of. Your looking great and you can really tell that you have lost the weight.
