If you are a fan of the Superfoods Rx book by Pratt, you might be interested in his new diet book. It just came out yesterday! I have my copy but haven't read it yet. It looks interesting.

I just saw this. It sounds good. It is sad that it is found under alternative health at amazon though. Real food is now alternative. How pathetic is that?
