Thanks, reda355!! I am just doing the old fashioned plan of counting calories and fat grams as well as eating more whole foods (cutting the processed foods as much as possible, though it isn't always possible for me 100% of the time). I also try to get at least 30 minutes on the treadmill 4 days a week - but I plan on increasing that after the first of the year (when things settle down again).

Long-term goal: 140 ~ Lost 138 pounds in 2007/2008 then had emotionally tragic year in 2012 & regained 100 pounds back. Now making my way back down. Top ticker is current progress. I'm keeping the old ticker for motivation. ~
