Thanks, reda355!! I am just doing the old fashioned plan of counting calories and fat grams as well as eating more whole foods (cutting the processed foods as much as possible, though it isn't always possible for me 100% of the time). I also try to get at least 30 minutes on the treadmill 4 days a week - but I plan on increasing that after the first of the year (when things settle down again).
~ Lost 137 #s in 2007, then had tragic year in 2012 & regained it all plus some. Now making my way back down again.~
