I belong to a gym and I love to spend time in the Sauna there.
It reminds me of sun-bathing ( I am a sun worshiper), I can sit in one for up to an hour and I sweat all over my body and I truly LOVE it.
I always have my 1 liter bottle of water in there with me and usually always drink the entire thing while sitting there.
After a long workout is when I spend time in the sauna.
If anyone knows any benefits or not to my once a week love let me know!
What I noticed about saunas is that, at least for me,. they helped open up my pores, I have excema, and it cleared it up too. It also helps open up my lungs. I breath so much easier after a sauna. relaxing

There has to be more people out there that know something about Sauna's.
The one I spend time in is a dry sauna and I spend anywhere from 30-45 minutes in it. I drink a liter/quart of water while sitting there.
