I'm here I was MIA for a few days cuz my sissy was here. These last couple of months have been just crazy. And my sclae is showing me what a naughty naughty girl I have been. I WI today at a whopping 207.0. I feel the point zero is important . Thank you for missing me. I have been trying to be online a bit less, and I tend to be an all or nothing girl.....but I am going to practice some moderation and am going to get back OP in the a.m. I could start today, but I told my boys we would make cupcakes today......and I feel like I might just be setting myself up for failure (who me????). I think I am going to do my 2 days of FF and start back with the original red plan w/o lites. That is what worked best for me in the past, so that is what I must do. I did email the dietician about the new plans and getting info about them just to see if they would mail it to me, but they said if I was not doing lites that I should probably just stick with red no lites. I think they were just avoiding my questions, but really, I was really losing steadily on red. So, that's my story, and I'm stickin' to it

Thanks for missing me girls........and Emily.....I LOVE the new do !!!!

Oh, Amy.........you are so right. I finally WI this a.m., and it was horrible. Nothing but POP for me.........my bad attitude is starting to affect my daily life in many ways, and that is just no good. we have been ok with the ice storm. Some friends of our are without power, but so far, so good for us. This is how it is most of the time in the winter here.......so different from good old Wisconsin. My kids miss the snow sooo much. Luckily, there is a nice snow cover in Kenosha, so when we go there for new years, the kids can sled!!!
