Default Pardon this.....

Menopausal Moment!!!! I know I may have asked this before, but what is the exchange for doing oranges on Take Off. I honestly would rather not do their juice -- (too much money right now) and my COD told me there is no other way to do it!!!! Any other suggestions would be a help at this time -- thanks you guys -- you are great!!!

four oranges a day.. Just not all at once..

You can also do Cantelope (the preferred non-juice method my old COD counselors used to tell me)... With that, you do 4 ounces a serving, 4 times a day..

OK, thanks so much! The cantelope might be hard to fine now -- although...... I will look for it! Thanks for your input. By the way, love your new picture!!!

I have successfully used other types of melon as well. I couldn't find any decent canteloupe, so I used honeydew melon. Figure likely same difference. 1/8 melon 4 times daily. I don't weigh the melon.

Another alternative is to substitute Knudsen's Breakfast Blend Juice (I found mine at Safeway for $3.10/bottle). 1 bottle of Knudsen’s Breakfast Blend juice for each day. You mix 26 oz of juice, 6 oz of water, and 8 tsp of Benefiber or FiberSure. It is delicious and easy to do. I save the 6 ounces of juice in a freezer safe bottle and put the 12 ounces (6 from each day) into the freezer. Eventually it adds up to 26 ounces (well, 24 ounces and that is close enough) to equal another bottle of juice if you want to do another TO.

Hope this helps.

I love the juice. Got the recipe from the Newbies thread in this message board. I never tried the melon or oranges, just the juice.

Good luck.
