I am extremely lucky to have a well defines waist, but below that, I have the hips of a fertility goddess. They're huge and birthing size. So you'd think it'd be easy to find the right spot to measure, right? Well, see, its like they start to flare out naturally then, right where the hips are supposed to be their biggest, they get smaller... Then get bigger as you go lower as you reach my thighs! Where should I measure my hips?! They're biggest near my abdomen and near my thighs...Right in the middle? Where they go in a bit?

I've always read to measure at the widest point, wherever that may be.

measure biggest part of the hips, and take another measurement for butt, largest part

So, should I measure up near my tummy or my thighs?

Probably near the stomach as it lines up with the largest natual part of the hip. I need to get a measuring tape myself hehe

Measure near your tummy, then measure near your thighs. Whichever is larger is the one you would go with.
