Default 200lb Loser Club

Since I am never mentioned in a sticky, I thought I would start my own thread. Actually 2 Days ago I hit another milestone, I have lost 275lbs so far. Any other 200lb Losers? Can we get this stickied??

Way to go Fresno on reaching yet another incredible milestone. Congratulations!!!

I don't need to tell you just how rare it is to lose 275 lbs or even 200 or let's face it, even 150 or 100 lbs, so chances are you're not going to find too many 200 lb losers around. But I am going right now to add you to our 100 lb loser list and when you do hit that 199 lb mark, you will most defintely be added to our ONEderland list. Keep up the amazing work. I just know you will, though.

Actually, When I hit ONEderland, I will be requesting a transfer out of the 200lb club, and moved to the newly formed 300lb club.

I mentioned in this forum the other day I heard from the Oprah show. I just found this Overcoming obesity Dramatic weight-loss story leads to appearance on Oprah show , a woman with a VERY similar story. Started out at 506lb, lost over 300lbs the SAME way I did (ok, she works out harder then I am). I found that link after I found this website Weight Loss Success Stories.

My initial goal was to hit goal by Christmas, but I hit the longest plateau of this journey (6 weeks). New goal 225lb by Christmas. Goal by March 1st? I found out that Fresno State College has a dunk tank to measure bodyfat. Even though I am not a student, they agreed to measure me. I am in the process of playing phonetag with them, but this should be set up soon. I have been very curious of my bodyfat for awhile. The gym cannot use the calipers, as I have too much excess skin.

While I did "ok" on Thanksgiving (did not overindulge, but something dramatic happened that isn't necessary to discuss here) I think I added in water weight. I base this on the amount of water drank on Friday, minus no bathroom breaks.
