Everyone Weigh in 11/23/07
It's the day after Thanksgiving, do we have reason to be thankful about our weight? Join the general 3FC weigh in thread and find out. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!
Me: 182.5, up 5.5 from last week. Wow, I think that might be a record of some kind. I take comfort in knowing that it is doubtful I could have eating enough to gain five pounds of fat during this time. I'll just ride this week through, and then get back on track. At least when I do follow my new plan, I do feel much more in control than I did before. This will pass and reverse.

191 this am, but considering that it was my TOM AND thanksgiving, i'm happy with +1.
I stepped on the scale earlier this week and it said 199... that's a lot of bloat!

My weight is the same today, but I feel that it's going to drop in a day or two.

I am visiting family and they don't have a scale. I think I am thankful for that!

I'd been on a plateau for 4 full weeks but finally dropped a pound to 158. Being as this was Thanksgiving week AND I managed to drop a pound, I'm very happy with that progress and hope the plateau is done!

1.4 lost this week despite a small gain (.8) since yesterday---but it was Thanksgiving and I stayed on the plan, which included dessert. Hah.

Up almost 2 pounds since last friday. Bummer. But I did eat a little more "solid" foods than i have been having so i'm sure i will be dropping a pound very soon (If you get my drift?!?!). TMI?????? Anyways....weighing in this morning, i saw 140.2. But like i said, not going to panic. We all had a little more diverse foods than we are used to..and i don't think i drank one cup of water yesterday...so plenty of sodium in there i'm sure. But i had a great Thanksgiving. Spent a couple hours feeding people from the local shelters and a bunch of foster families and that made my heart happy and then spent the evening with the boyfriends family for thanksgiving and that made my heart happy too. So, not going to let a silly pound or two make me feel bad for enjoying one day out of the year. Now we just have one more day of the year to make it thru and i'll be home free for the next 11 months before i have to endure this much eating again!! lol.

Maintained again. Considering what I ate this weekend, I am okay with maintaining. I am usually losing or gaining, so this is ok. My goal is tighter control of intake this week.

Hey guys! I was down a pound and a half this week. Nothing compared to last week, but considering it was Thanksgiving, I really can't complain. However, I dunno if it was the change in diet or what, but I have been "feeling" fatter than normal... if that makes any sense. Last week I felt like I lost 10 lbs... but this week, i feel like I'm back in the high 160s. I dunno what's up with that. I have been sick over the weekend so i didn't get to the gym... maybe that has something to do with it. Eitherway, I am back there tonight. Stay strong everyone! Hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving!
