I always miss this thread because I weigh in on Saturday morning and the thread is usually buried by then. On Saturday I was down 2 lbs. Inching ever closer to onederland!

Tricia, I'm with you, no change, as it has been for the last 3 weeks.

I was down 8 after my first week following the Nutrisystem program. Hopefully I'll be able to hang on to it over this next crazy week!

Have a great week, everyone!

Tricia and Diane - Y'all are working so hard, it's bound to pay off at some point in losses. Maintaining is also a pretty impressive accomplishment, though - especially during the hectic holiday season!

Schmoodle - So veryclosetoOnederland!!! Very exciting!

Cassie - What a huge, huge milestone! I knew you would bust through that "here is where I gave up last time" spot and keep going strong. 3.5 pounds is amazing!

LVM - What a blazing start! Can't wait to see how successful you'll be in the coming week.

I'm down 3 pounds to 181. I'm a little disappointed that I will miss my Thanksgiving goal - I was only two pounds away from it four weeks ago before I had a massive setback and gained 11 pounds in nine days. **SIGH** But I've come to terms with it. Overcoming a challenging time is a huge accomplishment in itself, and it gives me hope that I'll be able to maintain when I get to goal. And there's still a small chance that I'll make it to 179.9 (and OUT of obesity-land) by Thursday, and that's something.

Laurie--you totally could lose another pound by Thursday! You lost 3 in a week...why not 1 in 4 days? Keep focused, up your exercise and you can still make that goal! Go for it!

I seem to have hit a bit of a stall.... I'm down a whopping .5 pound this week. Last week I lost 1 pound... I'm hoping I have a whoosh coming up!

I agree! I am 2.5 lbs away from my Thanksgiving goal, and I'm still holding out hope, lol. Thanks so much for your encouraging words...you always have something positive to say,and I appreciate that.

around the same. I was 259.something last week, 259.2 this week. A tad dissapointed bc I worked really hard on sticking to my diet and excersizing.

You guys are so encouraging! I am going to try for that "out of obesity" goal, but my Thanksgiving goal is 175. It would not be unprecedented to lose six pounds in four days, but it is highly unlikely even if I devoted every ounce of energy to it (without doing something drastic and unhealthy, anyway, which is not an option). It is nice to have something to focus on going into Thanksgiving, though. No more obesity is an exciting thought! Thanks for the confidence!

I'm down 2... maybe I'm back to losing... whoo hoo! I don't think I'll be making my goal of 218 by New Years Eve, but I won't miss it by much!

Hey guys! Congrats to all who have lost and those who didn't just take one day at a time...your time will come!!

As of yesterday I lost 2.5 (down to 222.4) for the week. I don't know if I will lose much this week. I feel an ear infection coming on (boy do they hurt) I might not be able to work out this week (or even feel like it). Hmmmm, maybe I will lose because I KNOW I won't want to chew either lol

My first weigh in since getting back at this...and I am the same. That's fine, I know I have been FAR FAR from perfect, I am still picking it up again. I am rocking with exercise, that feels like normal part of life already, but I have been very inconsistent with food. I will do better this week!
