Default Grilled Veggies

I'm sure this has come up before....but since it is sooooo good, here goes again.

Slice onions, pepper, zuchinni and/or whatever else you like. Spray all with Pam, press a couple of garlic cloves over vegs, season to taste and grill on your barbeque. Veggies cooked this way are just so darned good! And - no calories in grill marks.

We do that on our grill pan in the kitchen during the yucky weather or spare the air days.

Haven't tried the garlic cloves. Do they cook enough (like roasted)? I love roasted garlic. If done properly, it is so sweet!

I've always thrown garlic cloves in with my veggies when I roast or grill them outside. They cook through and become delicious.

I love grilled veggies! The idea makes me long for the return of summer (that, and all the veggies that come along with summer.)

A little balsamic vinegar is a nice addition to grilled veggies. Or, if you're clever, you could make a version of the balsamic reduction that goes along with this recipe: http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/re...ipe_id=1634738 If you're too anti-fuss to make the stacks, the recipe would also work as a salad. (The combo of balsamic and goat cheese is to die for!!!)

Those "Stacks" sound terrific!

I grilled a peach this summer and put a little light sour cream on it. Very good!

A grill is a good thing!. My grill is a Weber Q 200. I just got it and I really like it. It gets good and hot so I get nice grill marks.
