[Get n healthy]

Hello fellow walkers, have any of you tried Leslies "walk strong" 33 minute weight training inteval video? I am renting it from netflix and just wondering if i need any special equipment for it. Since it is centered around weight training, do i need the little stretchie belt or weights?

Handweights. The participants use 1-lb. weights, 2-lb. weights, 3-lb. weights, or 5-lb. weights.

Cool, thanks counting down, i can do that, i just didnt have the stretchie thing, so that is a relief.

I actually have both versions of the Walk Strong...the original with weights and the express version with the stretchie, I love both!
