Default my 30 pound mark...
I can see it a little, i started at an 18 and now am at 14. So I can def. tell that way...

Congrats you can see a lot look at your face, your butt everything way to go. Way to go It makes be wish I took some before maybe I should do that. I also recommend taking measurements its a great way to see how far you've come. Congrats again!

I definitely see it a lot. Especially in your face.....you can see more definition in your jawline and cheeks. And you can totally tell your shirt is baggy around your hips. Way to go!!!
