Default Sugarfree cheese cake.

I am looking for a sugar free cheesecake recipe. Prefferably w/ points values, but the biggie is that it has to be sugar free.

My husband is diabetic and loves cheesecake, it's always been a treat for us but now we can't find any sugarfree cheese cake at the store... I know that there are sugar free cheese cake recipes out there, but I feel better asking here because at least the recipes have been tried out.

thanks.

All I did was google "sugar free cheesecake recipe" and got lots back. Some had nutritional info, too Although I can't personally recommend one. You could try substituting sugar with Splenda in a normal recipe and see how it comes out.

I don't know if this is exactly the same as cheesecake, but I think it's delicious:

Box of Sugar Free Instant Jello Cheesecake Pudding
Sugar Free Cool-whip (they make it, though it's sometimes hard to find)
Low Sugar Pie Crust (depends on you, but my mom -diabetic- uses one in the freezer section)

Mix the box of pudding with the cool-whip and place in cooked pie crust. Let chill.

It's about 4 pts, if you cut the pie in 8 slices.

Okay I have this great recipe. And Its ALL sugar free!! Okay for three people use I 8oz. package of cheam cheese. 1, one, full cup of sugar free coolwhip. add 2 tbs. of lemon juice, if you like it tart. mix really well. On your crust take 1/2 cup of pecans, grind them to a power. add splenda to taste and one table spoon of melted butter. Make a thin layer of "crust" with 1/3 the pecan mixture, equally divided, in small dessert bowls. Add cheese cake mixture and top with sugar free cherry pie filing( you may want to add a little splenda to the filing it is bland) . You can get all these ingredents at your super Walmart. This recipe is VERY rich!! But it doesn't taste like SUGAR FREE!! I'm not sure about the points But I think it's about 5 per serving!!.
